WACKER® GP - GENERAL PURPOSE is a one-component, acid-curing, silicone sealant for general purpose sealing. WACKER® GP - GENERAL PURPOSE cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

Properties:

• Rapid crosslinking: quickly becomes tack-free
• Adheres excellently to glass, vitrified surfaces, ceramic tiles, selected plastics and most coatings
• Non-sag
• Ready gunnability at low (+ 5 °C) and high (+ 40 °C) temperatures
• Flexible at low (- 40 °C) and high temperatures (+ 100 °C)

• Surface must be clean, dry and should be free from oil, grease, dust and frost. After suitable joint preparation and masking, attach the nozzle to cartridge, cut to required dimension and the sealant is gunned into gap continuously and tooled within 5 minutes. Do not use in totally confined spaces because the sealant requires atmospheric moisture to cure
